Diane Jones has been running Berwick Obedience dog training since 1998 with enjoyable stress-free obedience classes from puppy foundation to advanced level. Classes at Upper Dicker, near Hailsham, and Cross-in-Hand, near Heathfield, East Sussex. Diane also holds heelwork to music (dancing with dogs) classes. One to one consultations are also available. Friendly atmosphere with social events, an annual dog show and quiz night.

Diane is a Kennel Club Accredited Instructor (KCAI) for both Companion Dog and Heelwork to Music. She has the Companion Dog Training qualification and was the first person on the KCAI scheme to be accredited in the specialisation: Non-Competitive Activities Heelwork to Music. KCAI is the only scheme for UK dog instructors to be approved by City & Guilds.

Obedience

Obedience classes are held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at Upper Dicker Village Hall and Thursday afternoons at Cross-In-Hand in East Sussex.

Heelwork to Music

Diane competes nationally at advanced level. Handlers can learn heelwork to music moves and how to build a routine with or without competing.

Kennel Club Good Citizens Dog Schemes

Optional Kennel club certification. Testing occurs twice per year at bronze, silver and gold levels.
